about me & My Journey:
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, my husband and I moved to central Florida in 2013 to pursue our careers. Prior to teaching high school English and working as an instructional coach for high school teachers, I had the privilege of being a behavioral therapist for 5 years. This experience taught me patience, multiple behavioral intervention approaches and methodologies, and exposed me to a myriad of situations/backgrounds. During this time, I earned a master of education degree and have since expanded my credentials to include Agile’s scrum methodology through obtaining my CSM (certified Scrum Master) certification.
Since 2019, I have been working in a corporate setting as a part of the Organizational Learning & Development team. As the manager of training, I have the opportunity to facilitate development programs mostly focused on leadership and team cohesion. As a part of this role, I coach everyone in the company on CliftonStrengths and have also had the privilege of getting to coach managers and teams for more efficient communication and productivity.
